SiteLink 2015 Year in Review

Always innovating with a customer focus, SiteLink added personnel, office space, new technology partners and a number of product enhancements to increase the value provided to its customers. 2015 was a record year for SiteLink! Our software is in use at more than 12,000 stores worldwide -- and in 2015 SiteLink added more customers to the SiteLink family than in any previous year. SiteLink is projected to reach 13,000 customers in the second quarter of 2016.

Inside Self Storage Magazine

SiteLink was honored by its customers -- being voted the 2015 Inside Self Storage magazine's Best of Best in Management Software award winner. SiteLink has won this award all five years it has been presented. SiteLink is especially honored to receive this award because the online voting allows actual storage operators to select their favorite company as the best in business.

Last year also saw two more SiteLink customers win Mini-Storage Messenger's Facility of the Year award. US Storage Centers in Alhambra, CA won for best New Facility and MetroFit in Sau Paulo, Brazil took home the International Facility of the Year honor. Since 2004 SiteLink customers represent more than half of all Facility of the Year winners.

Office Expansions

In order to accommodate the fastest growing self-storage merchant provider, SiteLink Merchant Services, SiteLink added 2300 square feet of office space to it's Raleigh, NC location. Additionally, 2015 saw an increase in personnel in the Product Development, Tech Support and Marketing departments -- bringing the company to sixty-seven strong (that number doesn't include the numerous furry friends that join their owners in the dog-friendly office.)

Already with the largest offering of technology partner integrations in the self-storage industry, SiteLink expanded its technology partnerships in 2015 to more than forty. Partner integrations access real-time data through the SiteLink API, giving owners the freedom to choose the richest, full-featured experience for their business and their tenants.

Website Enhancements

Last year SiteLink spent some time improving its website by re-organizing content, adding functionality, and focusing on a consistent user experience. To go along with the expanded Technology Partner offering, a more robust Technology Partner area was added to the website to provide visitors a better understanding of the types of integrations and partnerships offered. SiteLink introduced its online Resource Library last year for white papers, datasheets, eBooks, presentations and more to expand one's self-storage knowledge. A Self-Storage Association portal for quick access to regional, national and international industry associations was also added. Look for more website improvements throughout 2016.

SiteLink added many new product enhancements in 2015; some highlights included:

• SiteLink myHub browser-based portal providing centralized access to reporting and other functions using one's same SiteLink login credentials and permissions.
• 'Photos & eFiles' now stores tenant photos and added PDFs in the cloud.
• SiteLink Price Optimizer revenue management added a feature to change tenant and unit rates using your own formulas using Excel.
• SiteLink eSign™ now accommodates other forms, documents and letters beyond the lease and fully integrates and stores the Texas Blue Moon lease.
• SiteLink Merchant Services now offers payment reconciliation with a single report to verify ALL credit card transactions.
