Real-time SiteLink Services Status Enhances Communication

SiteLink Rolls Out New Status Notification System

Raleigh, NC. May 24, 2016 -- SiteLink, the global leader in cloud-based software and payment processing for self-storage operations of all sizes, announces a new, free opt-in notification service for the status of its infrastructure. SiteLink will email notifications to subscribers with information on any issues and resolution regarding a live update, maintenance, Internet Service Provider (ISP) outages across the globe and more.

At the rare times there are issues preventing the optimal functionality of SiteLink’s products or services, the new status system ensures users have the most up-to-date information. This new notification service enhances SiteLink’s level of communication and commitment to the customer.

“Only a company confident in its product would share its internal real-time status platform,” said Markus Hecker, Sitelink’s Chief Operating Officer. “There is no faster way to find out about issues affecting performance.”

While current and historical cases can be viewed on the SiteLink Services Status webpage, it is recommended to subscribe on that page for real-time email notifications. After entering your email address, you are subscribed to all alerts and receive an email with a link to modify your alert preferences to uncheck the alerts that don’t interest you. This system is separate from SiteLink’s marketing and product update emails.

Alert topics include: SiteLink Call Center Support (Raleigh, NC & Loganholme, QLD); SiteLink Email Support (Raleigh, NC & Loganholme, QLD); SiteLink Data Centers; SiteLink Servers; SiteLink API (3rd Party Integrations); SiteLink Merchant Services; and any SiteLink Currently Known Issue.

SiteLink customers may always contact technical support by phone or email, these notifications should reduce the need to call when there are factors outside normal conditions affecting the product or service.
