SiteLink Listens to Customers

The SiteLink team is committed to serve customers with excellence to best meet their needs. That means that when customers offer suggestions to enhance our software, we listen. The 2014 June update release of SiteLink's smart management software included many enhancements requested by our customers. Here is a sampling for different roles within a self-storage operation.

Operations Manager: When changing the tenant address or zip code for a tenant that is on auto bill, a message box was added that states "This tenant has one or more units set to be automatically billed. Please check if their billing address needs to be updated as well." This helps the storage facility maintain proper AVS information for future auto bills.

Internal Call Centers: Customers that use SiteLink's Corporate Control Center can now process tenant payments much faster within the Corporate Control Center. "Payments and Account Management" in Tenant Accounts allows payment to be taken directly from within the Corporate Control Center with a load time of five seconds or less.

Accounting: The merchandise income accounts in the Chart of Account were broadened by adding ten new merchandise account fields. This gives the self-storage facility the opportunity to ensure every merchandise revenue stream is captured.

End User: Your customer can now see their last payment date at a glance. "Last Payment Date" was added to SiteLink Web Edition template headers for both desktop and mobile versions. This allows the tenant to easily see the last payment date when reviewing their balance and making a payment online.
