Buyers pay for the platform every time they win a bid. Once the auctions are listed, our platform promotes these auctions by notifying all buyers & subscribers in your areas. Once the auction has ended, we furnish the buyer and seller a winning certificate at which time the buyer will pay you 100% of bid price.

If a tenant pays before the auction ends, or if the facility needs to cancel, there are no pesky cancellation fees. It is zero cost to cancel an auction.
