2016 SiteLink User Conference Huge Success Amid New Product Announcements

One-Of-A-Kind Conference In Its 5th Year, Delights Attendees

Raleigh, NC. May 9, 2016 — SiteLink, the leader in web-based software and payment processing for self-storage operations of all sizes, held its fifth user conference on April 24, 2016 on the top floor conference center of Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino.

The SiteLink User Conference is the only one of its kind in the industry and highlights SiteLink’s leadership. The one-day event brought record attendance and showcased the new browser-based SiteLink myHub in between educational sessions and panel discussions. More than twenty technology partners showed their integrations with SiteLink that give owners the freedom to choose the right partner(s) for their operation.

Attendees saw presentations of SiteLink tools and how to implement them immediately. Some topics stood out as clear crowd favorites. SiteLink users saw how Price Optimizer (revenue management) grows rent revenue without losing clients, while SiteLink Merchant Services (payment processing) showcased better reports and audit tools in addition to lower credit card rates.

Browser-based SiteLink myHub set Conference abuzz

SiteLink myHub emerged as the most talked-about item of the day. SiteLink Web Edition’s browser-based counterpart offers more functionality – in a browser. SiteLink is evolving myHub throughout 2016 to surpass Web Edition in both ease-of-use and the number of functions, and to continue SiteLink leadership in self-storage management software.

Technology partner CallPotential debuted their new SmartKIOSK. The indoor/outdoor-rated iPad-based system integrates seamlessly with SiteLink Management software, scans IDs and credit cards and completes rentals with SiteLink eSign in under two minutes.
