That means that your prospective self-storage customer could be searching for a storage facility on a smartphone or tablet. Or, your customers might want to receive reminders via text or email, and handle transactions on their device.
To have any hope of succeeding in this mobile madness market, you should have a mobile-optimized website that is pleasing to the eye, works practically flawlessly, and is easy to navigate. Is that your store?
