Q: How long have you been using SiteLink smart management software?
A: We have been using SiteLink for about 13 years.
Q: You say you have 17 stores within Marion County. Do all offices run SiteLink?
A: Absolutely. SiteLink has features that work best for all our self-storage stores.
Q:Tell me a little about how you and your staff experience SiteLink.
A: SiteLink is so easy to use. It's integrates with our website and is very versatile. If you want to do a move-in, you click move-in. If you want to do payment, you click payment. You don't have to click through several times - all it takes is one click.
Q: Do you feel that SiteLink listens to their customers for user feedback?
A: Most defintely. You don't get to work with software companies that make changes in their software to work for you. SiteLink makes continual improvements to the software, and we receive frequent notifications about those features improvements.
Q: How is your customers experience - meaning how do they like using your website?
A: Our customers are very happy to be able to make a payment online from anywhere, anytime. In fact, we had a Google review from a couple that said they forgot to make their payment. When they received their reminder from us on their mobile device as they were boarding a cruise ship, they made the payment right then and there from their mobile device.
