Text Messaging Boosts Revenue By More Than $1,600 Per Month

The integration allows the SNA to send SMS text messages and place automatic robo calls to tenants based on their delinquent status in SiteLink. These messages remind tenants of their outstanding balances and offer the option to call an automated, 24/7 payment “hotline” to pay.
More Than Improved Collections
“The integration leads to more than just improved collections," said Markus Hecker, SiteLink's COO. "The SNA also lowers the risk of wrongful sales. Their telecommunications tools comply with state laws associated with each tenant's area code. The automation frees up managers who can focus on renting units instead of making collection calls."
The Collections Manager systematically monitors the status of all tenants in SiteLink Web Edition. Storage operators set up thresholds so that a tenant's past due balance generates a text message or robo call. Both calls and text messages offer tenants the option to pay past-due balances via the SNA’s around-the-clock payment phone line. SiteLink Web Edition logs notes for each SNA activity and records payments on the SNA's phone network in real time.
Impact On The Bottom Line
“Each of our stores increased revenue by more than $1,600 monthly after integrating SNA Collections Manager with Web Edition,” said Howard Pryor, US Storage Center’s Director of Operations. “Attendees of the 2013 SiteLink User Conference were excited to enroll in the program immediately, even prior to our official launch.”
SiteLink’s integration requires no monthly or daily administration and deploys text messages and robo calls as often as owners want.
