Markus Hecker, Chief Client Advocate, turned SiteLink into the worldwide industry leader in self-storage and property management software. In use at more than 15,000 stores, SiteLink enjoys the largest, fastest-growing customer base of any self-storage software. Markus has been with SiteLink since its inception in 1996. He is instrumental in development and sales and is intimately familiar with storage operations. He has established lasting relationships with owners and managers of single and multi-store operations. Under Markus' leadership, SiteLink has emerged as a favorite among 70% of the nation's top 100 operators. Markus has led the sales team to win more ISS Best of Business Management Software awards and MSM Facility of the Year awards than any other management software company.

He previously served on the North Carolina Self Storage Association Board of Directors. Markus has twenty years of sales experience and holds degrees from North Carolina State University in Business and French Literature.
