1. Introduction to HTML:

HTML is the language of the internet. It is used within SiteLink to allow you to send professional looking, web page style e-mails to your customers. For example, use HTML letters in your SiteLink CRM marketing campaigns, or to send past due notices with a “Pay Now” button linked to your website.

2. What you need before you decide

Before making your decision between an HTML or RTF e-mail, you should understand the additional funcionality that HTML provides and if you plan to use that functionality in your letter.

3. Pros and cons of HTML

While it is true that HTML can provide a web-like feel for your letter, writing HTML does require some technical skill or the desire to learn.
