The following is a list of improvements included in the SiteLink Web Edition live update on September 11, 2018.

Highlights

Online Move-ins with SiteLink eSign™ and Credit Card Payment now part of Web Template

• Use this easy, do-it-yourself feature to allow your tenants and prospects to rent a unit from your existing website, or from our free on-board website, SiteLinkStore. 
• Rent units faster online by adding a Move-in button next to a unit's Reservation button.
• Choose to include Insurance as part of the move-in process as well as auto-pay opt-in, any required documents to sign will be added to the Lease eSign process!

More Choice: Automated, Overnight Credit Card Processing and Invoicing added to SiteLink

• With a new “set and forget” option for auto-billing and invoicing, the entire process can happen automatically overnight, every night. Or, you can still choose to manually review invoices and auto-payments in Web Edition or myHub before they are batch processed each day.

Cloud-based Access Control Integration with OpenTech Alliance's INSOMNIAC CIA Access Control

• This integration allows the property manager or owner the ability to perform access control functions directly inside of SiteLink, without the need to use multiple programs.
• Provide a seamless integration for: New Rentals, Move-Outs, Change Access Codes, Delinquent Customers, Controlling Gates and Doors.

Credit Card Virtual Terminal inside myHub

• SiteLink Merchant Services customers will be able to use their same SiteLink Web Edition credentials to see credit card details like bank responses and AVS results and process refunds, void transactions and issue new transactions right inside SiteLink myHub. This will save a tremendous amount of time and reduce external Virtual Terminal forgotten passwords requests.

Ledger Adjustments (void receipt)

• Adjusting prepaid security deposit, deleting accounts (e.g. bad move-ins), voiding and refunding erroneous receipts, and adjusting charges on account will be available inside myHub at the end of September

Collection Calls

• Call, email and send SMS messages to delinquent tenants right from myHub by end of September.

New Moved-Out Accounts Screen

• See balances, notes, and other tenant information for moved-out tenants and reverse move-outs inside myHub at the end of September.

 

SiteLink Web Edition

Billing

• Autobill Setup: Corrected a problem that could cause an 'Invalid BSB number' error when saving a tenant's banking account information for autobill.

Collection

• Tasks and Letters: Corrected an issue that could cause past due tenants from showing on certain types of past due events on the Tasks and Letters screen.

Customer Relationship Management

• Corrected a problem that could cause tenants to show up multiple times on the same CRM event.

Daily Close

• Added prompt to assist SiteLink users with making ledger adjustments during their first daily close.

Exit Survey

• Corrected a problem that could cause an invalid web link on the Exit Survey form that is emailed to a customer during the move out process.

Form Setup

• Corrected a problem with the preview button not working on the Form Setup screen.
• Forms: Modified the keyword used on forms to better handle longer company names.

Gate Setup

• Added cloud-based access control Integration with OpenTech Alliance's INSOMNIAC CIA Access Control system.

Payments

• Corrected issue where credits could be counted as payments when given during an EMV credit card payment.

Reports

• Made changes to the Management Summary report in order to improve load times.
• Graphs and Reports: Resolved an issue that could cause graphs and/or reports to appear blank when a language other than English is selected.
• Corrected an issue that could cause the Credit Card Payments report to fail to open.
• Renamed the Lead Tracking report to Lead Funnel.
• Unit History Report: Adjusted layout of Unit History report to fit larger rate amounts.
• Corrected a problem that could cause some the date selection filter screen on some reports to default to a previous day.

Transfer

• Corrected a problem that could cause inaccurate insurance charges to be created during a transfer.

Unit Management

• Batch Edit Standard Rates: Corrected a problem that could cause the Rented/Vacated Past 6 Weeks columns to be mismatched between SiteLink Web Edition and SiteLink Corporate Control Center.

 

Corporate Control Center

Corporate Users & Rights

• Gave "Site Management" right the ability to lock/unlock employee accounts when PCI credit card security setting is active for the location. Previously, only "Corporate Administrator" could lock/unlock employees.

Consolidated Lead Funnel Report

• Fixed a minor formatting issue on the Consolidated Lead Funnel Report.

Discount Plans Setup

• Resolved a problem when cloning existing discount plans.

Form Setup

• Corrected a problem with the preview button not working on the Form Setup screen.

Gate Setup

• Added cloud-based access control Integration with OpenTech Alliance's INSOMNIAC CIA Access Control system.

Lead to Lease

• Corrected a problem that could cause a discount not found error when viewing previously created reservations.

Reports

• Report Scheduler: Fixed an issue where the Credit Card Payments report would not run if job contained multiple sites/stores.
• Made changes to the Management Summary report in order to improve load times.
• Renamed the Lead Tracking / Consolidated Lead Tracking report to Lead Funnel / Consolidated Lead Funnel report.
• Corrected issue where Management Summary report, when run from a Report Scheduler job, could show incorrect date ranges for Daily and Month-to-Date.
• Unit History Report: Adjusted layout of Unit History report to fit larger rate amounts.

Security Policies

• Fixed an issue where corporate users could still have access / rights that have been removed from their custom Security Policies.

Unit Management

• Batch Edit Standard Rates: Corrected a problem that could cause the Rented/Vacated Past 6 Weeks columns to be mismatched between SiteLink Web Edition and SiteLink Corporate Control Center.

 

SiteLink Web Template

• Added recaptcha functionality to web template account signup page to improve security.
• Added new modern User Interface to web template in Corporate Control Center for reservations that can also enable online move-ins.

 

SiteLink Web Reports

Management Summary

• Made changes to the Management Summary report in order to improve load times.
• Corrected issue where Management Summary report, when run from a Report Scheduler job, could show incorrect date ranges for Daily and Month-to-Date.

Lead Tracking

• Renamed the Lead Tracking / Consolidated Lead Tracking report to Lead Funnel / Consolidated Lead Funnel report.
• Fixed a minor formatting issue on the Consolidated Lead Funnel Report.
